How do I place a catering order?

To place an order, please contact us by emailing catering@dotscafenyc.com

Do you have a catering minimum?

At this time we do not have a required minimum.

What if I have to cancel my order?

Email us at catering@dotscafenyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes. Please note, cancellations with less than 24 hour notice in advance of your confirmed pick up or delivery time, will incur a fee of 50% of your order total.

How can I make changes to my order?

Please email us at catering@dotscafenyc.com and we will be happy to help. Please note, changes with less than 24 hour notice in advance of your confirmed pick up or delivery time are not guaranteed.

Does my order include plates, napkins and cutlery?

We do offer plates, napkins and cutlery if requested. Please indicate desired quantities of each item.

*There will be a surcharge based on quantity required.

Do you offer delivery?

We are happy to provide drop-off delivery in Manhattan for a $40 fee on orders up to $300 and for $50 on orders over $300. If you are outside of Manhattan, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. If you wish for us to set-up your event, there is a $125 set-up fee.
